Monica is an experienced program manager with a 10-year success record of overseeing multi-million dollar projects and large teams while meeting timeline and budgetary goals. She has served as an eBusiness and digital marketing manager at Farmer’s Insurance and the Automobile Club of Southern California. Laurie first hired Monica as a student assistant at her education nonprofit, then quickly promoted Monica once she realized how smart and capable she was. She anticipates doing the same at SYL. Monica looks forward to ditching the corporate ladder to climb a new ladder to shine her light.
